Procedure of Mutual Transfers:

1).First of all search and select the candidate(teacher)  who is willing to you.

2).you  Make an Agreement with your Willing Teacher for Mutually Transfer.

3).The Government will Give A Notification for The Inter State Transfers with G.O.

4) Then you Can Apply Mutual Transfer through Online Application.

5).At the Time of Applying Mutual Transfer you Should Enter the Details of Your      willing Teacher . if The willing Teacher is not interested to come your District at the time of Applying, then you Can’t apply for Inter State Mutual Transfer.

6).Mutual Transfer Applied Teachers  should go a Verification of Service Book at the D.E.O Office.

7).After that, the Govt will Short listed The Candidates those who are Eligible for Mutual transfers.

8).After that, Govt will send the Eligible Teachers list to the Concerned District D.E.O’s.

9).District D.E.O’s will conduct the General Counseling to the Teachers those who are Came to their Districts through the Mutual Transfers.

10).In this General Counseling Teachers can choose any Place(school) or any Mandal in the District, Its not place to place transfers. It is only District to District Transfers. No need to go their willing Teachers Places.

11).At the Time of General Counseling All District D.E.O’s will Notify all the Vacancies in all Mandals till the date of counseling.

12).Teachers can choose any place from notified list.

13).finally The Teachers get Transfer Orders through D.E.Os.

Mutual Transfers are Considered according to Cadre wise i.e. SGT to SGT , School Assistant to School Assistant,….etc. Same Cadre Employees only Eligible for the mutual Transfers.

Remaining Local Cadre Employees are Requesting to The Government for Request Transfers to inter State Transfers, but Government is not Responding.
